INGREDIENTS:

1 Red Onion

2 Tomatoes

4 sprigs of Dhania/Cilantro/Coriander leaves

Juice of 1 lemon

DIRECTIONS:

Thinly slice some onions and soak in salt water for about an hour – this reduces the bite. squeeze the onions and discard the water, add tomatoes,dhania and some chillies and the juice of one lemon.

Mix together thoroughly and enjoy.
